New & Used Car Sales Executive required in Cardiff.

£23,000 basic salary with £53,000+ uncapped annual earnings. 5-day working week; Monday to Friday with a scheduled day off in the week, and every other weekend off!  Fantastic opportunity to sell one of the world's most popular car brands and a leading light in hybrid technology. 

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New & Used Car Sales Executive at our client's state-of-the-art franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in a close-knit sales team of 8 executives, you will primarily be required to sell new and used cars as well as accessories/add-ons, and finance and insurance-related products to reach and exceed targets. You will manage relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our client's products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer-focused” attitude that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database are pivotal parts of the role to ensure success. You will also maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work whilst having a thorough knowledge of our client's products. 

To be eligible for the role, you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff. Recent experience in a similar car sales role would be advantageous to our client; however, they are very open to considering candidates from an exemplary targeted sales/customer service orientated background, looking to undertake an exciting new challenge in the motor trade. Overall, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, be organised with your workload, and have the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
