About Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE):

The Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE) team is responsible for the management of corporate properties owned or utilised by the business. This involves strategic planning, acquisition, leasing, design, construction, maintenance, and management of properties to align with the company's goals.

The GREWE Hospitality Function takes care of how employees interact with their work environment daily. It encompasses interaction with physical spaces, workplace technology and delivery of a high-class service through partnerships with the right partners. Ultimately creating a work environment that supports employees’ needs and enhances their well-being, productivity, and engagement.

About the Role:

As an analyst within the Hospitality function of GREWE, you’ll work with key functional leads and vendor partners, who lead the American Express workplace services and amenities for all office locations across the EMEA region, focusing on a colleague-first, hospitality led approach to frictionless experiences. Our teams support moments that matter to our colleagues from the minute they enter and leave our offices – from a warm welcome in the lobby, to re-fuelling with coffee and snacks, to grabbing a nourishing lunch, to joining community events and everything in between

Key Responsibilities:

The analyst’s focus will be on driving hospitality initiatives that provide comfort and care to colleagues, and position Amex as the best workplace in the world.

Planning and coordinating the regional program for the following vendor provided services and amenities: Food and Drink, Warm Welcome, Meeting and Events, Community Support, Wellness, and Lifestyle Amenities; including:

·Continuously assessing the Amex Workplace for opportunities to remove friction and increase hospitality

·Proactively listening to Amex Colleagues to understand their expectations and needs

·Providing inputs for the strategic plan

·Independently managing assigned projects and initiatives that will be seamlessly and successfully implemented by operational teams.

·Supporting the digital roadmap and global digital platforms by way of leading the interface with key partners

·Developing and updating standardized specifications of services, playbooks, and procedures

·Systematically collecting and reporting on routine and ad-hoc data

·Supporting vendor partner relationships and overseeing their performance

·Leading and participating in scheduled meetings

·Developing relationships with key partners and regional teams for the seamless execution of programs

·Maintaining own understanding of current Hospitality trends, and a library of pertinent Hospitality industry and Digital experience resources to inform best in class practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

·Deep interest in hospitality-focused operations and values, including a desire to understand and exceed customer expectations every day

·Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team player.

·Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to drive results and prioritize work activities.

·Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment.

·Interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams and build effective working relationships.

·Ability to influence others with a collaborative, inclusive and engaging style; with a practical approach to delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to support evolving business needs.

Some experience working in a hospitality environment or currently undertaking a hospitality degree or vocational course would be preferred. 

Students must have a graduation date between June - September 2027
