The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Brand Marketing Director to lead and execute our global brand, marketing, digital, and product marketing strategy. This leader will drive brand awareness, engagement, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence online and offline. You will be the custodian of our brand identity, responsible for shaping, governing, and evolving our brand initiatives to achieve business objectives and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Value Proposition Leadership

  • Define and lead the global brand and holistic product marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive identity and positioning across regions and product portfolio.
  • Own the overarching value proposition and go-to-market strategy for the brand collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Develop and manage brand architecture, positioning, and messaging frameworks that reflect our purpose, culture, and differentiation.
  • Conduct market research, buyer persona development, and competitive analysis to inform product and brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in brand narrative, visual and verbal identity, and global rollout plans.

Digital Strategy & Activation

  • Drive digital transformation by integrating digital tools, automation, and analytics into all marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, web, and offline channels.
  • Develop and deliver content strategy to ensure differentiation, and include PPC, SEO and AIO to ensure optimal web performance.
  • Champion innovation in digital marketing approaches, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms, particularly AI.
  • Set and track digital KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategy and creative development to execution and measurement.
  • Manage marketing budget, resource allocation, and relationships with vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, communications, product, and technology teams to deliver unified messaging and impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent integration of brand messaging across all marketing and communications.

Brand Governance & Stewardship

  • Act as global brand custodian, ensuring consistency, quality, and protection of brand assets.
  • Build brand governance frameworks, toolkits, and scalable processes.
  • Monitor brand health and collaborate with legal teams to protect brand assets.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership

  • Inspire senior leadership and regional teams with a clear brand vision.
  • Foster internal brand culture and excitement across the organisation.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in brand and product marketing leadership, including global rebrand and product launch initiatives.
  • Proven success in brand strategy, product marketing, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of regional nuance and global brand management.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in matrixed organisations and collaboration with regional teams.
  • Passion for brand-building and product marketing, with a sharp eye for design and detail.
  • Experience in brand transformation is a plus.
  • Background in workforce solutions, HR tech, or platform businesses is a plus.
