What you will do as a Barista

Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu

Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening

Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar

To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage

Responsible to ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings

Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints

Maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling

Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities
