Job Description:

Our Client, a respected Residential Developer, are looking to appoint an Architectural Technical Co-ordinator to join their expanding Architectural and Engineering team.



A summary of the role, a full description of duties carried out available at application stage, can be described in brief as:



- Managing and maintaining house type ranges


- Production of Technical and Architectural drawings

- Collating and administering all technical information and documentation from planning stage to site completion


- Supporting all departments as required with technical queries


Person Specification:

This is an exciting time to join this regional boutique Developer as they continue with their planned expansion in line with sites being successfully acquired and prepared for their developments.



Applications are sought from both Architectural Technologists/Technicians currently carrying out the Co-ordinators role at other Developers/House Builders or Architectural Technologists/Technicians working for Architectural Practices who themselves are working on behalf of Developers who are sub contracting their Technical work out.



This is the opportunity to work "Client side" enjoying a more direct role and also reaping an increased remuneration package.


Candidates must have proven experience working in the residential sector please.
