This Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level investment professional to join our Private Equity team in London! The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, be fluent in English and an additional European language, able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and have an interest in growing their career in Real Estate. This position will be focused on the management of various self-storage platforms, but will also work on new acquisitions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support asset management activities for assigned self-storage investments across to drive performance and long-term value creation Assist in the execution of investment-level business plans, including leasing initiatives, capital projects, ESG programs, and value-add strategies Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and operating partners Assist in the coordination and review of internal and external valuations, working closely with Finance, operating partners and external valuers Monitor investment performance and regularly update financial model projections, including the incorporation of actuals, supporting strategic decision-making and informing revisions to business plans Contribute to quarterly reporting to Portfolio Management and Finance teams, including variance analysis and updated projections aligned with evolving business plans Prepare materials that illustrate key performance insights, strategic developments, and investment updates to be presented to senior leadership as part of the quarterly investment review process Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and performance optimisation Collaborate with internal teams to perform detailed hold/sell analyses, support refinancing processes, and assist exit strategies, including deliverables to be presented to senior leadership Help maintain strong relationships with platform companies Assisting in the underwriting and evaluation of real estate acquisitions across Europe Prepare presentation materials of investment opportunities for Investment Committee purpose Support in the Due Diligence and closing phase of the transaction in conjunction with in house and outside parties

Qualifications:

1 – 3 years’ experience Strong academic track record from tier one college or university, with a degree focusing on finance and/or real estate Previous experience in the real estate corporate finance such as private equity, investment banking or as a corporate finance consultant within an accounting firm (any self-storage experience would be valuable) Strong quantitative and analytical skills, along with outstanding organization skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
