About the TeamThe Beauty & Fashion teams at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.   • July 6th, 2026 As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives and category growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Affiliate and Creator Engagement: - Managing affiliate projects to support creator events, campaign execution, and product matchmaking with selected creators. - Assisting in the design and execution of affiliate campaigns to drive engagement and sales. Category & Product Development: - Collaborating with the Assortment Team to identify emerging hero products and drive them toward viral success. Livestream & Campaign Support: - Providing both strategic and hands-on support for livestream shopping initiatives. - Partnering with the Campaign Team to develop and implement innovative campaigns that enhance content visibility, exposure, and sales performance for merchants. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: - Conducting in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations growth. - Monitoring and evaluating key initiatives, including seller missions, live shopping sessions, and advertising revenue, to support merchant success and overall platform objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in 2026 or a related technical discipline
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s Model, with the ability to articulate its benefits to merchants.
  • Awareness of ByteStyle culture and the broader tech and e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • A fast learner with sound judgment and the ability to set priorities, multitask, and work independently. Preferred Qualifications:
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a commercial focus.
  • A passion for achieving performance targets and delivering brand value.
