Salary: £90 - £100 per day based on experience

About the Role:


Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced and committed 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within Good-rated Ofsted secondary SEN schools in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide individualised support to a student with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement tailored learning strategies.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience supporting students with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs).
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Team Teach or similar training is desirable but not essential.
